HACU to host college, career fair at Annual Conference in Miami Beach

Miami Beach, FL – The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) will host a public college and career fair for middle school, high school and college students at its 29th Annual Conference.

Students and parents will have the opportunity to visit with local and national college and university representatives and attend workshops on admission, financial aid and athletic and study abroad opportunities. National employers will also be on-site offering internship and employment opportunities.

Admissions 101 - Whether you are a high school student applying to college or a college student applying to graduate/professional school, come and learn about the top ten things that make a successful application.

Your Future in Athletics, presented by NCAA.

• 3:30 - 4:15 p.m. 
Money, Money & More Money - Grants, Loans and Scholarships. Explore your options for paying for a college degree and searching for financial aid options.

• 3:30 - 4:15 p.m. Study Abroad Opportunities, presented by IES Abroad.

The public is invited to attend HACU’s Exhibitor Hall to meet with prospective employers and college and university representatives from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11 and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12.
