New York State has launched the Excelsior Scholarship Answer Center. The center was established to provide guidance to those seeking access to a variety of financial aid options.
It highlights the scholarship eligibility requirements, where you can to seek guidance, who can help possible applicants find out if they can become recipients.
Additional resources include HESC bulletins and memos, webinars, and how to calculate awards.
