Born in Germany and living in Bundjalung Country in Australia, Soenke Biermann is the director of LIU Global College’s Australia/Pacific Center and Senior Year Programs. Soenke’s work as an educator reflects his passion for experiential learning, critical pedagogy and decolonial relationship-building. He also loves being in and on the ocean.
