Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders led their respective political parties in yesterday’s Indiana presidential primaries.

Republican candidate Ted Cruz has withdrawn from the race.

According to AP, Trump won 51 delegates yesterday. Cruz and John Kasich won no delegates in Indiana.  Trump now has a total of 1,047 delegates and Kasich has a total of 153 delegates. Cruz who has a total of 565 delegates announced yesterday that he is suspending his presidential campaign.

On the Democratic Party’s side, Sanders won 43 delegates yesterday.  Hillary Clinton won 37. Clinton now has a combined total of 2,202 pledged delegates and superdelegates, and Sanders has a combined total of 1,400 pledged delegates and superdelegates.
