There have been at least three lawsuits filed following the Paramus Bus Crash that took place last month.
On May 17 a Paramus school bus with 45 fifth-graders, teachers and parents were headed out on a class trip to Waterloo Village in Stanhope.
The bus collided with a dump truck after making an illegal U-turn across the median on Route 80.
