LOS ANGELES -- Wilshire Law Firm has launched its nationwide, bi-annual scholarship program. Students can now send application materials, until June 30, 2018. This program awards one law student for their outstanding contribution to the community and top academic achievements.
In 2017, the Wilshire Law Firm selection committee evaluated hundreds of applications, from all over the country, and bestowed the 2017 accolade to UCLA's Rebecca Kutlow. Miss Kutlow, a first-generation law student, received her award during a meeting with Bobby Saadian, the firm's Founding President and Managing Attorney. During her visit, Saadian encouraged Miss Kutlow to continue being an excellent example to our community and to aspiring legal professionals.
As a first-generation student himself, Saadian created the Wilshire Law Firm Scholarship Program with an understanding of the challenges many students face, especially during their first years in law school. The scholarship program implementation is Saadian's way to give back to the community, and to support higher education.
