More than a President: How Latina Leaders Transform Rural Community Colleges

Drawing on interviews with two rural Latina community college presidents in California, this article examines how their leadership addresses local needs, expands educational access, strengthens community connections, and broadens opportunities for historically underserved students in rural communities through representation and equity-focused leadership.
