Lawyers have subpoenaed Trump Productions LLC and MGM Holdings Inc. to obtain unaired tapes of the reality TV show “The Apprentice” as part of their case against President Donald Trump’s ending of special protections that shield some immigrants from deportation. Specifically, the lawyers are seeking footage where Trump "uses racial and/or ethnic slurs" or "makes remarks concerning race, nationality and/or ethnic background."

U Of Texas Receives $3M Gift

The University of Texas Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management has received a $3 million gift from North Texas real estate luminaires Donna and Herb Weitzman. The gift will create the Herbert D.
