This fund is currently pending court approval.

Security For Gun Rights Walk, Protest Costs Kent State $65K

Kent State University spent about $65,000 on security for a demonstration and counter-protest over gun rights. The cost included additional campus police an dispatchers, as well as supplies and communications. The demonstration and counter-protest were reported to be mostly peaceful.
