BBCC in Washington offers associate transfer degrees, professional technical degrees and certificates, general studies associate degrees and BBCC partnership bachelor’s degrees.  BBCC’s website has information for both new students and current students who are DREAMers, including financial aid and grant information, as well as resources for undocumented and DACA students.

(CCCC)

Located in California, CCCC is one of three colleges in the Kern Community College District.  Its academic departments include Child Development / Education, Counseling, English and Foreign Languages, Industrial Arts, Mathematics, Science and Engineering, and Visual and Performing Arts.  Its student clubs include the International Club and Latinos Unidos (LU).

City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College

(MXC)

MXC is the healthcare hub of City Colleges of Chicago and offers a variety of health sciences programs.  MXC’s Hispanic Heritage Month 2018 events included exploring the contributions of the Latinx community; highlighting Latinx icons in science, literature, arts, and politics; and spotlighting how mental health impacts the Latinx community.

Eastern New Mexico University-Main Campus

(ENMU)

Located in Portales, ENMU’s main campus is a four-year public institution whose newest majors and programs include animal and dairy science, aviation science, culinary arts, emergency medical services management, family and consumer science major with minor of choice, forensic science, hospitality management, and professional-technical education (which is a graduate program).

Hodges University

(Hodges)

Florida’s Hodges consists of five schools: Fisher School of Technology, Johnson School of Business, Nichols School of Professional Studies, School of Health Sciences and School of Liberal Studies.  Its Intensive English Program Bridge provides instruction in academic reading, writing and grammar for non-native speakers of English pursuing a college degree.

(NCC)

Location in Connecticut, NCC’s academic programs include Business, Humanities, Mathematics, Nursing/Allied Health, English, English as a Second Language, Science, and Social and Behavioral Science.  NCC’s Title V Comprehensive Development Plan focuses on increasing the success of students, especially Hispanic students, through improved student services, dynamic instruction and enhanced academic support.

Santa Monica College

(SMC)

California’s SMC has approximately 34,000 students and offerings in more than 100 fields of study.  Its DREAM Program provides support services to DREAMers and was developed through collaboration from the following SMC departments: Student Equity, Financial Aid & Scholarships, EOPS/CARE, The Vice President of Student Affairs Office, and SMC Foundation .

University of Arizona-South

(UA South)

Each year, two or three UA South students are chosen to attend the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) National Capitol Forum, which takes place in Washington, D.C.  UASouth is also partnering with Cochise College on a $3,077,000 Title V Grant to improve baccalaureate completion rates among Hispanic students.
