Financing April 2018 San Diego Continuing Education Awarded $200,100 In Student Scholarships [Education News] San Diego Continuing Education (SDCE) recognized 122 career and college bound students at its 10th annual “Stars on the Rise” Scholarship and Awards Ceremony at the Jacobs Center in Southeastern San Diego. Scholarships and awards range from $100-$4,000 to fund full tuition and/or pay enrollment fees toward college.

The speech was ranked No. 47 on a list of the top speeches of the century in 1999.
