Administrators at Harvard announced by email that Judge Brett Kavanaugh will not be returning to teach at Harvard Law School in January. Kavanaugh was scheduled to teach a course entitled The Supreme Court Since 2005, which is a three-week course that he has taught at Harvard Law School for about a decade.
