The Complex Reality of College Student Mental Health

Image by Preepik Despite persistent challenges, recent data suggests improvements in college students' mental health. Suicide contemplation and severe anxiety have slightly declined since 2022. Depression, academic distress, and substance use are also decreasing. Still, demand for mental health services remains high and disparities persist.
