West Virginia will soon have its first heart transplant program. West Virginia University’s Heart and Vascular Institute is planning to offer the first such program in the state. There are currently 22 residents of West Virginia on the waiting list for a heart transplant.

Job News: Oklahoma Emergency Teacher Certificates Surpass 2,500

The Oklahoma Board of Education has approved more than 400 certificates to school districts that have vacancies but lack qualified candidates. In addition, the board had already approved more than 2,500 certificates since June, which is a increase from the 590 certificates that were issues over the previous year.
