Cuomo is expanding the highly successful New York stands with Puerto Rico Recovery and Rebuilding Initiative. They will be deploying 500 more SUNY and CUNY student volunteers and launching a new disaster mental health initiative. SUNY and CUNY volunteers will be cleaning, repairing and restoring damaged homes.
